We no longer retail the Vestfrost® Equator® ConServ® 375/1200 BSK375S CT380Z 110 volt AC commercial rated stainless steel refrigerator or any other Vestfrost, Equator and/or ConServ appliances.
Vestfrost's two foot wide stainless steel refrigerator freezer is a solidly built low-energy appliance and we look forward to perhaps selling again some day, but not through the current American distributor.
The Vestfrost Equator ConServ 375/1200 operation manual is posted right here on our website, but we do not stock Vestfrost parts or appliance technical service manuals and we are not able to offer any referral.
While your local independent service centers may not be familiar with this primarily European brand, we trust any appliance repair shop is more than capable of replacing parts and recharging coolant.
If you are having problems with unit cooling properly, look first to coolant charge/level (as specified by the manufacturer) since dual compressors run at higher levels.
As a general troubleshooting note, never run any refrigerator or freezer from any manufacturer when empty.
You should always have something inside each compartment ... at least a couple of milk jugs full of water.
Air alone does not allow thermostat to sense temperature properly, so it cycles on-and-off much more often.
Just kicking the compressor on is an energy wasting proposition that takes its toll on refrigerator longevity.
Two small compressors versus one large compressor motor are more economical to operate and usually much quieter.
Vestfrost Equator ConServ 375/1200 BSK375S CT380Z refrigerator freezer was tested and certified by Underwriter's Laboratory UL® for commercial use.
As such, they do not comply with Residential Guideline #66FR57867 of the Federal Trade Commission.
Residential versus Commercial designation is not a functional refrigeration issue, but rather an importation, FTC regulatory & UL certification category issue.
While unlikely to matter to your local building department, mortgage company or contractors, you should always check first, as with any appliance.
Note that Energy Star® is simply a Marketing Association for appliances with Commercial and smaller residential appliance manufacturers often electing not to pay to join.

OUR BEST BUYING ADVICE ... be aware when purchasing appliances that some are tested and certified by Underwriter's Laboratory UL® for Commercial Use while others are Residential.
Residential versus Commercial designation is a certification category issue unlikely to matter to your local building department, mortgage company or contractors, but check first.
If you are living off-the-grid, we suggest NOT purchasing a 12 volt DC refrigerator.
The energy efficiency of common residential refrigerators these days is just amazing compared to what it was five years ago.
And construction is worlds better than any 12 volt refrigerator we have seen ... most have the quality feel of an amazingly overpriced ice chest.
Invest the money you save in photovoltaic panels, batteries and a dedicated inverter to power-up a conventional 110 VAC refrigerator instead.
Always check power surge requirements to size inverter accordingly and note that they only increase as an appliance ages.
